摘　　要：以Profibus-FMS、Profibus-DP和SIEMENS的PLC作为平台,根据卷烟厂制丝生产线工艺特点及控制系统的实际状况,以梗丝线为研究对象,提出了以线段为单元的数据通信模型的建立和实现方案.该方案通用性强,并在实际应用中获得很好的效果.Based on PROFIBUS platform- FMS, PROFIBUS -DP and PLC of Siemens corporation and with regard to the characteristics of tobacco primary processing line, the scheme to establish and realize a data communication model concerning cut -stem tobacco is proposed, which takes line segment as control unit. The scheme is proved to be feasible and effective in practice.
