Heavy metal content and assessment in Sesarma dehaani from Jiuduansha wetland of Yangtze River estuary

摘  要:以九段沙湿地生态系统中常见的无齿相手蟹为研究对象,分析了其体内重金属的积累和分布特性。结果表明,其体内重金属含量顺序为Cu>Zn>Cd>Pb>Cr>As>总Hg,其重金属含量存在一定季节差异;对九段沙沉积物中的重金属含量分析表明,无齿相手蟹对Cu和Cd有一定的富集能力,适合做九段沙湿地Cu和Cd的指示生物;污染评价表明,本研究中无齿相手蟹均已受到Cu和Pb污染,部分受到Zn、Cd和Cr污染,但未受Hg和As污染。Sesarma dehaani, a kind of macrobenthos that commonly distributed in the Jiuduansha wetland was studied for its accumulation and internal distribution of heavy metals. The ranking of heavy metal contents in the animal was found to be Cu〉Zn〉Cd〉Pb〉Cr〉As 〉total Hg, and the concentrations of these heavy metal showed certain seasonal variations. Analysis of heavy metals in Jiuduansha sediments revealed that S. dehaani accumulated Cu and Cd to a certain amount, suggesting that the animal could be used as an indicator organism for these metals. Pollution assessment indicated that all the sampled crabs in this study were polluted by Cu and Pb, or partially polluted by Zn, Cd and Cr, but were not polluted by Hg and As.
