中国农业经营组织的生态绩效评估方法研究

摘　　要：为使农业经营组织向着有利于生态环境的方向发展,在剖析农业经营组织生态绩效因子的基础上,设计一套生态绩效评估体系,并利用综合评分法和层次分析法计算综合绩效。同时,建立健全农业环境保护法律法规和农业生态补偿制度、降低农业经营组织生态产品的生产成本、改善生态产品的消费环境等措施都可引导农业经营组织向有利于生态环境的方向发展。For driving the agricultural operation organizations to the direction that is helpful to eco-environment, based on the analysis of the factors which influence agricultural operation organizations＇ ecologic performance, an ecologic performance evaluation system is designed and applied to calculate general performance by general method of point rating and analytic hierarchy process. In the meanwhile, some measures will lead the agricultural operation organizations to the developmental direction that is helpful to eco-environment such as constituting and consummating agro-environmental protection laws and the system of compensations to agricultural ecology, reducing production cost of the agricultural operation organizations＇ eco-products and improving the eco-products＇ consumption climate.
