摘 要:主要阐述了一种无机电致发光显示器的老化技术方法。该老化方法将显示器件放置在氧气或者含氧气氛中,如果是以硫化物为发光层则还需要消除气氛中的水汽,预先老化足够长的时间,等器件中绝大部分的打火都结束,再将器件封装在保护气氛中后续老化。由于在含氧气氛中,电极在打火时自身被氧化,形成绝缘层,抑制了扩展型打火的产生,使断线产生的可能性降到最低。本文所提供的老化方法大幅度提高显示器的可靠性,提高器件生产的成品率和生产效率,降低了制备薄膜所需的环境和设备要求,降低了成本,适用于大批量生产。A new type of burning method of inorganic EL device is presented in the paper. The key of the method is placing the device into the atmosphere of pure oxygen or partial oxygen. If the phosphor layer is sulfide, it is need to remove the moisture in the air. After pre-burning for a long time until little breakdown of insulation exist,continue burning after packing the device in the protective atmosphere. The electrode is oxidated and becomes the insulation layer when the hit happens because of being in the oxygen, then the insulation layer stop the expanding breakdown of insulation. The method of burning provided by the article highly improves the dependability of display, improves the yield of device and efficiency of producing, and reduces the requirement of environment where film is coated and equipment, which is suitable to the producing.
