摘  要:运用Fluent软件对蒸发式冷凝器3种异型管——椭圆管、扭曲管及弹形管管束中强制对流空气进行了数值模拟,模拟的数据经Tecplot.10处理后直观地表征了3种异型管束中空气的速度场、压力场、温度场,并在此基础上对此3种异型管进行了实验研究。模拟分析得出的结论与实验研究的结果吻合甚好,表明了流线形设计的弹形管与椭圆管、扭曲管相比,不仅传热效率高,而且流动阻力小。A numerical simulation of the forced convection air in the tube bundle of the elliptical tube, the twist tube and bullet tube was presented,by means of the FLUENT software. The data of simulation was processed by Tecplot. 10, which provide a direct illustration of the velocity ,pressure and temperature fields of the flowing air in the tube bundles of the three special tubes. The experiments were studied on the three special tubes on the base of which. The analyzed conclusions by simulation agreed well with the experimental results. It was shown that the advantages of bullet tube designed with streamline over the elliptical tube and the twist tube not only in heat transfer efficiency, but also flowing resistance.
