摘  要:通过实验研究了高精度变频恒温恒湿空调机的运行特性,并制造了实验样机。样机的精度和性能实验测试结果表明:设计的高精度变频恒温恒湿空调机能实现环境温度控制精度±0.5-±0.3℃,相对湿度控制精度±3%。±2%RH,并且能够长时间稳定可靠运行。同时,该机器具有较高的能效比,与同能力的普通恒温恒湿空调机相比,其能效比可提高约12.3%,节能效果显著。Performance research on an inverter constant temperature and humidity air conditioner with high precision is provided by experiment. And a correlative sample is developed. As a result, temperature control precision of the sample can arrive at ± 0. 5 -±0.3℃ and relative humidity control precision can arrive at ±3%RH - ±2%RH. And, the sample with good anti-disturb capability can stably operate for long time. At the same time, the sample is of high the energy efficiency ratio. Comparatively, the energy efficiency ratio the sample is about 12.3% higher than that of the conventional unit in the nominal working condition of Chinese National Standard.
