摘 要:以拟建中的山东某矿风井(钻深760m左右)为原型,采用数值计算方法对削球式井壁底的受力机理及影响因素进行了系统研究,得出了影响削球式井壁底受力的主要因素,提出了改善井壁底受力状态的最佳圆心角概念,推导出最佳圆心角与厚径比的关系式,为今后特厚表土层钻井井壁底设计计算提供了参考依据。Taking an air shaft (with drilling depth of 760 m) planned to be constructed in a Shandong mine as a prototype, the stress mechanism and influencing factors of snick shaft bottom have been systematically studied with numerical method, obtaining principal influencing factors for the stress exerting on the snick shaft bottom. A concept of optimal central angle was proposed to improve the stress state on the shaft bottom. The relationship between optimal central angle and ratio of thickness-radius was deduced, providing a reference for the future's calculation in the design of drilling shaft bottom.
