摘 要:应用精确化装补球方法,开展了提高狮子山铜矿磨机生产能力的研究。工业试验结果表明,采用ф90、ф80和ф60球按35∶35∶30配比进行精确化装补球,磨机生产率由83.34t/h增至91.84t/h,选厂生产规模由2000t/d提高至2204t/d,在提高处理量时并未影响选矿指标,且全厂电耗和磨矿介质单耗都有大幅度下降。Applying a method of accurate loading and addition of milling balls, research to raise the mill capacity of Shizishan Copper Mine was carried out. The industry experiment shows that, when a fixed weight ratio of charged balls with diameters of 90, 80 and 60 mm was regulated accurately as 35: 35: 30, the production capacity of the mill was increased from 83.34 t/h to 91.84 t/h, and therewith, the capacity of the total plant was increased from 2 000 t/d to 2 204 t/d, yet, the mineral separation targets remained unaffected despite the increasing capacity, meanwhile, the electricity consumption and grinding media consumption per unit are decreased obviously.
