摘 要:为进一步提高高阻电刷的性能,考察了炭纤维对石墨树脂粘结剂高阻电刷材料性能的影响。采用工业制造电刷的工艺流程制备了不同炭纤维含量的高阻电刷样品,并对电刷材料进行了性能测试和结构表征。结果表明,随着炭纤维含量的增加,电刷材料的抗折强度及导电性逐渐增加,电刷的磨损速率逐渐减小。炭纤维的加入能使电刷滑动系统接触性能变好,从而有效减小电刷换向火花,并促使电机系统的润滑膜保持完好的状态。对所制备的含炭纤维电刷进行磨损性能测试,其使用寿命达到了350h。The effect of carbon fiber on the properties of high-resistance brush materials with graphite-resin as binder was studied in order to improve the performance of the brushes. High-resistance brushes with different contents of carbon fiber were prepared using an industrial process. The properties of the brush materials were measured and characterized. The results show that the bending strength and conductivity of the brushes increase while the wear rate decrease with the rise of carbon fiber content. The carbon fiber can make the contact performance of brush sliding system better and lead to smaller commutation sparks and keep the lubricating film of the engine system in good condition. Durability tests for the brush containing carbon fiber show that its service life reaches to 350 h.
