摘 要:采用粉末冶金法在H2保护气氛下制备Cu-MoS2复合材料,对其进行物相分析和显微组织观察。通过测试密度、硬度、抗弯强度及电阻率,研究MoS2含量变化对复合材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明,MoS2含量不同,烧结产物发生变化,对复合材料的组织与性能影响较大。在烧结过程中,MoS2与基体发生反应,生成铜钼硫化合物、Cu的硫化物和金属Mo。复合材料中物相分散均匀,随MoS2含量增加,基体铜相不断减少,化合物增多,金属Mo弥散镶嵌其中;材料的密度不断减小;随MoS2含量增加,硬度先增后减,再回升;抗弯强度总体呈下降趋势;电阻率明显增大。Cu-MoS2 composites were prepared by powder metallurgy in H2 protective atmosphere, on which phase analysis and microstructure investigation were made. The density, hardness, bending strength and resistivity of the composites were tested to investigate the effect of MoS2 content on structures and properties of the composites. The results show that the sintered products change regularly with the difference in MoS2 content, having a great influence on the composite structures and properties. In the sintering process, MoS2 reacts with the matrix, forming Cu-Mo-S compound, copper sulfide and metal Mo. The phases are distributed evenly in the composites. With the increase of MoS2, the proportion of matrix phase decreases steadily while the intricate compound increases with metal Mo dispersing among them. In addition, the density of the composite gradually decreases. With the increase of MoS2 the hardness firstly increases, then declines, and finally rises, the bending strength sees decrease trend, and the resistivity ascends obviously.
