摘  要:目的:观察白花丹素及白花丹素-铜配合物对肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用MTT法检测不同浓度的白花丹素及白花丹素-铜配合物对体外培养的多种肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用,计算半数抑制浓度(IC50)。结果:白花丹素-铜配合物对大多数肿瘤细胞株的抑制率大于白花丹素,但抗肿瘤谱小于白花丹素,推测白花丹素-铜配合物的抗癌活性强于白花丹素,但抗肿瘤谱缩小,可能与白花丹素-铜配合物的配位关系、构效关系有关。结论:白花丹素及白花丹素-铜配合物具有体外抗肿瘤活性。Objective:To observe the inhibitory effect of plumbagin and plumbagin-Cu complex on ten types of tumor cell lines in vitro and preliminarily study its mechanism. Methods:MTT assay was used to test the inhibitory effect of plumbagin and plumbagin-Cu complex on different types of tumor cell lines in vitro with different concentration and IC50 was calculated. Results:Plumbagin-Cu complex has higher inhibition rate than plumbagin in most of the tumor cell lines, but the anti-tumor spectrum was narrower than plumbagi plumbagin-Cu complex shows stronger anti-tumor activity n, it can conjecture that than plumbagin. Reduce anti-tumor spectrum may be related to the coordination and the structure- activity relationship of plumbagin-Cu complex. Conclusions:Both plumbagin and plumbagin-Cu complex have anti-tumor activity in vitro.
