摘 要:通过盆栽试验,研究了叶面肥对苗期油菜生长特性的影响。结果表明,与处理1(清水对照)比较,处理4(营养物质+复硝酚钠(4 mg.L-1)和DA-6(4 mg.L-1)+表面活性剂(S-240,1μL.L-1))的苗期油菜植株具有最大的生物量(每株0.38 g)、叶片长宽增加值(0.69 cm×0.60 cm)和株高净增量(3.40 cm),其他依次为处理2(营养物质+表面活性剂(S-240,1μL.L-1))、处理3(营养物质+复硝酚钠(4 mg.L-1)和DA-6(4 mg.L-1))、处理5(营养物质+复硝酚钠(10 mg.L-1)和DA-6(4 mg.L-1)+表面活性剂(S-240,1μL.L-1))。与对照相比,各叶面肥处理叶片的叶绿素含量(SPAD值)及光合速率均有升高趋势,处理4增幅最大,分别增加27.8%和23.0%。各叶面肥处理油菜N、K累积量也以处理4最高,分别比对照增加31.1%、31.3%。苗期油菜喷施合适的叶面肥,能够促进其营养生长,增加其生物量。叶面肥中复硝酚钠和DA-6浓度过高反而会抑制苗期油菜生长。本试验条件下处理4是油菜苗期比较好的叶面肥配方。A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of foliar fertilization on the growth of rapeseed seedlings. The results obtained were listed as follows. Compared with control (water only) , treatment 4 (nutrientsubstance + compound sodium nitro- phenolate (4 mg · L^-1 ) and DA-6 (4 mg · L^-1 ) + surfactant ( S-240, 1 μL · L^-1 ) had a maximum biomass (0. 38 g · plant^-1 ) and increments of leaves length and width (0. 69 cm×0. 60 cm) and height (3.40 cm) of rapeseed seedlings, higher than those of treatment 2 ( nutrientsubstance + surfactant ( S-240, 1μL · L^-1 ) ), treatment 3 ( nutrientsubstance + compound sodium nitrophenolate (4 mg · L^-1 ) and DA-6 (4 mg · L^-1 ) and treatment 5 ( nutrientsubstance + compound sodium nitrophenolate (10 mg· L^-1) andDA-6 (4 mg · L^-1) +surfactant (S-240, 1μL · L^-1). SPAD reading and photosynthetic rate of rapeseed seedlings in all treatments increased and higher increments were observed in treatment 4 by 27.8% and 23.0% respectively than the control. Moreover, N and K accumulations of the rapeseed seedlings were also maximized in treatment 4 and the increments were 31.1% and 31.3% respectively compared with the control. To conclude, foliar fertilization on rapeseed seedlings could increase its biomass and stimulate its growth. Excessive concentration of compound sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6 in foliar fertilizers would depress its growth. Treatment 4 presented the best proportion for the growth of rapeseed seedlings.
