河南省^(60)Co远距治疗机防护现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查河南省60Co远距治疗机设备及场所的防护现状,探讨提高放射治疗质量的措施。方法按照国家相关的标准和相关要求,进行现场测量与调查。结果河南省60Co远距治疗机存在较大问题,整机合格率偏低(调整前只有42.9%),二手机防护性能问题严重;机房防护的薄弱环节在机房顶部和机房防护门。结论加强对60Co远距治疗机进行状态检测和规范开展质量保证工作,提高放射工作人员的安全文化素养,是提高放射治疗质量的重要措施。Objective To investigate the radiation protection conditions of ^60Co therapy apparatus for the improvement of radiotherapy quality in ttenan province. Methods The conditions were tested and investigated on the spot based on the national standards. Results There were serious problems on the protection conditions of ^60Co therapy apparatus with only 42. 9% of the sampled apparatus qualified. The weak points of protection in the operation room were at the top side and at the protective doors. Conclusion To improve radiotherapy quality, it is important to strengthen monitoring on the conditions of ^60Co therapy apparatus, standardize the quality control processes, and improve the safety awareness among the staff as well.
