摘  要:采用多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱(MC-ICPMS),用同位素稀释法测量了反应堆辐照后核燃料中的裂变产物148Nd。通过2个标准物质对仪器的稳定性进行检验,得到仪器的2个校正系数K值相差十万分之一。以高纯天然钕为基准稀释剂,用同位素稀释质谱标定浓缩144Nd试剂的质量分数,然后以它作为稀释剂,测量裂变产物148Nd的同位素丰度和质量分数。结果表明,148Nd丰度为0.0887±0.0012,148Nd质量分数为(4.65±0.04)ng/g。The isotopic abundance and mass fraction of the fission product ^148Nd in the irradiated nuclear fuel were measured with ID-MC-ICPMS. The stability of mass spectrometry instrument was tested using two kinds of standard materials and the difference of two correction factors was less than 0. 001%. The mass fraction of enriched isotope ^144Nd was determined by using the high pure natural neodymium as the spike. Then the mass fraction of ^148Nd in the irradiated nuclear fuel was determined by the certified enriched ^144Nd as the spike. The isotopic abundance and mass fraction of ^148Nd in the fission products is 0. 088 7±0. 001 2 and (4.65± 0.04) ng/g respectively.
