电磁搅拌在包钢圆坯铸机上的应用研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了结晶器电磁搅拌在包钢圆坯铸机上的应用效果。生产实践表明,采用结晶器电磁搅拌后,圆坯的中心等轴晶率平均增大了5.96%;中心碳偏析指数由1.07降低到0.97;内部缺陷不大于1级所占的比率平均提高了1.2%。In this paper, the application effect on M - EMS of the round easter of Baotou Steel is described. The practice shows that the average central equiaxial crystal ratio of round billet increases 5.96 %, the central carbon segregation index reduces from 1.07 to 0.97 after M - EMS is used, and the average ratio of inner defect which is less than or equals to one grade increases 1. 2%.
