摘　　要：针对37Mn5钢连铸坯产生的表面纵裂纹及轧制产生的纵向裂纹,借助扫描电镜,结合生产记录,从生产工艺、裂纹形态等方面进行了分析。结果表明:生产工艺符合操作规程,37Mn5钢为裂纹敏感性钢,连铸坯晶粒粗大,柱状晶发达是造成钢坯纵向裂纹的根本原因。The surfacial longitudinal crack of 37Mn5 continuous casting round billet and bloom is analysed by scan electron microscope and so on. The result shows that the production process matches the operating instructions, 37Mn5 steel belongs to crack sensitive one, its coarse grain and colunmar crystal flourishing result in the surfacial longitudinal crack.
