摘　　要：文章介绍了轧钢加热炉高产、低耗与加热炉热平衡的关系,通过热平衡测试,发现炉子热工操作及结构存在的问题,提出改进意见,以指导生产操作,起到稳产高产、节能降耗的作用。The paper discusses the relationship of the high production and low consumption of the heating furnace for rolling and the thermal balance. The monitoring result shows there are problems in the furnace structure and the operating. It puts forward the improvement to guide the operation and make it reach high production, save economy and decrease the consumption.
