摘　　要：综述了不同条件下4-羟基香豆素类化合物与对醌的 Michael 加成反应及其反应机理.在丙酮-水中,4-羟基香豆素类化合物与1,4-苯醌反应生成2,3-二取代-1,4-苯醌,与1,4-萘醌反应生成2,3-二取代-1,4-萘醌.在丙酮-水中,吡啶存在下,4-羟基香豆素类化合物与1,4-苯醌反应生成两性离子化合物;类似反应条件下,得到4-羟基喹啉酮两性离子化合物.4-羟基香豆素类化合物与2,3-二氯-5,6-二氰基对苯醌反应获得了新的螺环化合物.The Michael reactions of 4-hydroxycoumarins with p-quinones in different conditions and their reaction mechanism have been reviewed. 4-Hydroxycoumarins reacted with 1,4-benzoquinone in aqueous acetone to afford 2,3-disubstituted-1,4-benzoquinones, with 1,4-naphthoquinone to give corresponding derivatives. The zwitterions were synthesized when 4-hydroxycoumarins reacted with 1,4-benzoquinoe in the presence of pyridine in aqueous acetone. In the similar condition, the corresponding 4-hydroxyquinolinone zwitterions were generated. The new sipro-compounds were synthesized when 4-hydroxycoumarins reacted with 2,3-dichloro-5,6- dicyanobenzoquinone
