摘 要:用添加不同浓度维生素 E 的培养基喂养果蝇,研究维生素 E 对果蝇的毒性作用和繁殖性能的影响,为大量繁殖果蝇提供参考.结果表明:用含有0.15%维生素 E 的培养基喂养果蝇,果蝇的生长繁殖受抑制,5 d 内达半数死亡;低于0.15%浓度的维生素 E 的几个受试组中,半数死亡时间都达20 d 以上.用含有0.06%维生素 E 的培养基喂养的果蝇,子1代数具有极显著差异,且日繁殖高峰期延续时间长.在各种受试组中繁殖的子1代,雌雄的比例都接近1.0,无显著差异.In order to reproduce large numbers of the Drosophila melanogaster . We offered the media with different concentrations of VE and investigated the acute toxicity andreproductivity. We feed in different concentration medium of the 0,0.03%, 0.06%, 0.09%,0.12%,0.15% and counted the death number and the number of the first filial generation twice everyday until all the Drosophila melanogaster died and all the first filial generation generated. The numbers of the filia generation on 0.06%VE was statistically higher than that of control group (P〈0.01) , the results showed that the percentage with 0.06% of VE was much higher than those in other groups . These results suggest that the diet containing appropriate VE can promote the development of the Drosophila melanogaster, However, excessive VE may have negative effect on reproduction and longevity.
