摘  要:以有限元法为理论分析手段对六面顶顶锤进行科学计算,模拟分析了不同倒角的顶锤。根据有限元模拟分析结果,探寻出XKY-6×2000MN型六面顶压机顶锤倒角的最佳角度范围应取为41.5°~43.5°。模拟分析结果与金刚石的高压合成实验事实相符,在理论上解释了顶锤角度的选取原则,对于提高大顶锤使用寿命,降低生产成本有着重要的现实意义。模拟计算了在超高压状态下无法通过实验直接获知的顶锤上的应力分布等重要信息,为新型六面顶压机的研制提供了良好的基础。Scientifically calculating the carbide anvil of cubic hinge press based on the theory of finite element method, it has simultantly analyzed different carbide anvil of different bevel. According to the simulant analytical results of finite element method, it has detected that the best angle for carbide anvil of XKY-6 × 2000MN type cubic hinge press is between 41.5° to 43.5°. The simulant analytical results are accordant to the fact of HP synthesizing experiment for diamonds, which explains the selection principles of angles of carbide anvil in theory and has very significant realistic means for extending the working life of carbide anvil with reducing producing cost. The stress distribution and other important information on carbide anvil under ultrahigh pressure which cannot be obtained through experiment has also been simulantly calculated, which has established a great designing basis for the research and manufacture of new type cubic hinge press.
