摘　　要：PAG淬火剂的冷却特性明显受其温度的影响。空气冷却器可有效降低淬火剂的温度,具有性能可靠、冷速可调、节能、安全性好等特点,是传统水冷系统装置的更新换代产品。The cooling characteristics of PAG quenchant are under evident influence of its temperature. The air cooler can effectively decrease the temperature of quenchant and has such advantages as reliable property, adjustable cooling rate, energy saving, safe in use and so on, thus being a new substitute for the traditional water-cooling system.
