摘　　要：通过宏观分析、扫描电镜、光学显微镜等手段对装载机车架及液压挖掘机的液压泵驱动轴的早期断裂进行了综合分析,结果表明均为制造工艺不当而诱发的疲劳断裂失效,同时对有关防范措施作了探讨。The early crack of loader frame and driving axis of hydraulic excavator was synthetically analyzed by means of macroscopic test , EDS and optical microscopy and other ways. The results showed that the cracks was fatigue failures and arised mainly from improper manufacturing process. In addition, the measures to prevent the cracks were also discussed.
