摘　　要：厘定相关概念,阐述高校体育部组织结构创新意义;分析高校体育事业外部环境变移趋势(社会化、国际化、趋势化)带给体育部组织职能创新的若干方向,即体育专业化和教育多元目标、党政组织功能弱化、高校体育产业化趋势突显、高校体育对外交流日益密切;设计高校体育部组织结构创新图,及各职能分室的工作范畴与领导选任要求;追加阐述组织结构创新中的若干问题,即晋职总体构想、科研规划分室的核心地位、结构问题与问题结构、矩阵结构的创新实质、校本化、全球化与民族化的基本判断、研究的局限性与可建构性空间.The significance of innovation on the structure of department of P. E in ordinary college is talked about in this article; the analysis on the changing trend of the outside environment offers hint on certain direction of the structure innovation on department of P. E. That is ： sports specialization, multi - goal on education, weakness in organization department＇s, function, clearly trend of sports industrialization, closer interaction communication; designing the chat of structure innovation for department of P. E, fixing the function of each section and the demand for elective leader; there are still some other questions to be talked about. Such as designing for promotion, the important role that the science research department played, the structure issue and problematic structure, the essential of innovation of matrix structure, native, judging on globalization and national, limitation of research and space for development.
