芦荟灵芝胶囊对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察芦荟灵芝胶囊对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用及其机制探讨。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、芦荟灵芝胶囊低、高剂量组、胃苏冲剂组,采用无水乙醇诱导大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤,分别测定各组大鼠的胃粘膜损伤指数,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,并在光镜下观察胃粘膜病理学改变。结果:芦荟灵芝胶囊低、高剂量组的损伤指数较模型对照组显著降低(P<0.01),且血清中GSH-PX活性显著升高,MDA含量下降,胃粘膜损伤程度明显减轻。结论:芦荟灵芝胶囊对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与抗自由基及抗脂质过氧化损伤有关。Objective： To investigate the protective effects of Aloe Ganoderma Capsule on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. Methods： Drugs were administered for 25 days, and the lesion of gastric mucosa was established by giving absolute alcohol. Then the lesion index of rats were measured and the activity of glutathione peroxidase （GSH-PX） and malondialdehyde （MDA） content in blood were determined, and pathological changes of gastric mucosa were assessed under light microscopy. Results： Gastric mucosal lesion index of the three experimental groups was obviously reduced compared with the model control group （P〈0.01）. In addition, Aloe Ganoderma Capsule elevated GSH-PX activity but reduced MDA content, and the extent of mucosal lesion of the experimental groups was significantly less than that of the control group under light microscopy. Conclusion： Aloe Ganoderma Capsule can significantly protect acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. The mechanism may be related to the antioxidation of Aloe Ganoderma Capsule.
