摘　　要：目的:探讨中药芦荟灵芝胶囊的润肠通便作用。方法:使用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,通过观察小鼠小肠推进运动、首次排便时间、粪便性状,来判断芦荟灵芝胶囊治疗便秘的作用。结果:在不影响小鼠体重条件下,芦荟灵芝胶囊能提高墨汁推进率,缩短首次排便时间,并且增加排便总量。结论:芦荟灵芝胶囊能有效治疗便秘,且作用温和。Objective： To explore the cathartic action of Aloes Ganoderma Capsule（AGC）. Methods： The intestinal propulsion, the time of discharging the first stool, and the excrementitious properties in mice after being administered with Compound Diphenoxylate to develop a constipation model were observed. Results： Without affecting the weight of the mice, AGC can enhance the intestinal propulsive rate, shorten the time of discharging the first stool, and increase fecel quantity. Conclusion： AGC can be used for the treatment of constipation, and the effect is mild.
