落后地区农村基层党支部民主建设存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：解决"三农问题"、建设社会主义新农村关键靠党的领导。在落后地区农村,基层党组织面临着各种问题。改进基层党组织的领导方式和执政方式,推进基层党组织民主建设已成为当前落后地区农村党支部建设的重点,需要正确分析其中存在的问题并找到切实可行的对策。The leadership of CPC is crucial to addressing ＂three rurals＂ as agriculture, rural areas and farmers and to building a new socialist countryside. However, some Party organizations in the backward rural areas are facing various problems, thus the focus of Party＇ s work should be placed on improving Party＇ s way of leadership and governance, and continuously enhancing the democratic construction of Party＇ s organizations at the community level. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the constructing process and also suggests some practical measures to deal with these problems.
