大学生心理问题及其预警干预机制研究

摘　　要：大学生心理问题普遍存在,心理问题的形成有生理原因、社会原因和个人原因。大学生心理问题的预警机制包括确立心理问题预警指标体系、确定心理问题预警的对象和范围、评估预警信息和发布警告。大学生心理问题的干预机制有宣传干预、教育干预、辅导干预等具体的干预措施。在新形势下,关注大学生心理问题,研究大学生心理问题的预警和干预机制,对于增强大学生心理健康与构建和谐社会有重要的现实意义。Psychological problems are common among college students, the causes of which can be physiological, social and personal. The mechanism of their early warning includes establishing indicator system, specifying their targets and range, assessing information and giving warnings. The intervention mechanism has three aspects： theoretical mode of intervening psychological problems, constructing intervention network and specific measures of strengthening awareness, education intervention as well as guidance intervention. To address the psychological problems of college students and to study their warning and intervention mechanism are of realistic significance in improving college students＇ mental health and constructing a harmonious society.
