摘　　要：本文讨论了以PowerBuilder为集成环境,以MapInfo为GIS软件,应用集成的方法设计和开发通用的县级森林资源管理信息系统的方法;同时对系统的总体目标、系统的功能进行了分析和设计。系统利用PowerBuilder强大的数据窗口功能极大的提高了系统的通用性,同时也很好的解决了一直困扰森林信息管理者很久的数据标准化问题;本文还对MapInfo与PowerBuilder集成等几个关键技术问题进行了探讨,并在系统中得到应用,使系统不仅能够快速的建立个性化的县级森林资源信息管理系统,并且实现了数据和图形的交互,能够更加准确和形象的为决策者和管理者提供基础数据的支持。This article mainly focuses on designing and developing the General Forest Resource Management Informatian System for Forest Bureau on County Level based on the integrate method which employs PowerBuilder as the integration environment and Mapinfo to deal with aspects of GIS. At the same time the overall aim and function of the system are analyzed and devised. By employing the powerful DataWindow function, the interconvertibility of the system is greatly improved and the problem of standardizing the data is solved. Additionally, some pivotal technical problems are discussed regarding the integration of the MapInfo and PowerBuilder. In this way,tailored Forest Resource Management Information System for county level can be speedily set up and. the interchanging of the data and graph be realized, which will provide a vivid and accurate data as bases for management team to make decisions.
