外展支架配合中药治疗儿童股骨头坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的总结髋部外展支架配合中药治疗Perthes病的效果。方法采用外展支架配合中药治疗儿童股骨头坏死64例（79髋），参照廖前德法按优、良、可、差四个等级评价治疗效果。结果所有病例经过4～7年的随访，优63髋，良8髋，可5髋。结论该方法简单，无需手术，疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hip abduction brace and chinese medicine in the tretment of Perthes disease. Methods 64 patients （79 hips） were treated with hip ambulatory abduction brace and chinese medicine. The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the mark criterion formulated by liao qiande： excellent ,better, good, unchanged. Rusults All the patients were followed up from 4 to 7 years, 63 hips were excellent, 8 hips were better and 5 hips were good. Conclusion Hip abduction brace and chinese medicine are good for the Perthes disease. This kind method is simple, with no operation and satisfactory effect.
