摘　　要：目的研究瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在小儿腭裂修补术麻醉中的应用。方法选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、择期行腭裂修补术小儿80例，随机分为2组，其中一组采用瑞芬太尼维持麻醉为观察组，另一组采用氯胺酮维持麻醉为对照组，观察两组患儿停药至自主呼吸恢复时间及苏醒时间、清醒时间、停药至气管拔管时间和苏醒期并发症。结果瑞芬太尼麻醉苏醒及清醒快，苏醒期并发症少。结论瑞芬太尼可安全有效地用于小儿腭裂修补术的麻醉。Objective To study compound Remifentanil propofol in children with cleft palate repair of anesthesia. Methods Select ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ level, elective repair of children with cleft palate to 80 cases, Randomly divided into two groups, one group using remifentanil anesthesia for the Observer Group, another group of ketamine anesthesia used for the control group, Children were observed to stopping breathing independently recovery time and recovery time, sober time, stopping to tracheal extubation time, complications and recovery period. Results Remifentanil anesthesia awake and sober fast recovery period of less complications. Conclusions Remifentanil can be safe and effective for children with cleft palate repair of anesthesia.
