整合贸易外汇核销系统完善核销监管

摘　　要：贸易进出口收付汇核销作为经常项目外汇管理工作中对贸易外汇进行真实性审核的两项重要措施,为实现信息共享,提高服务水准,提供监管效力,笔者建议将现有的两个核销系统进行整合,逐步形成一个统一的监管系统,强化外汇监管合力。Receipt and payment of foreign exchange as verification in import and export trade are two important measures to examine the authenticity in management of trade exchange in order to realize information sharing, improve service standards and provide effec- tiveness of supervision and administration. The author proposes that two current verification systems be integrated to gradually form a unified supervision and administration system to strengthen monitoring of foreign exchange.
