摘 要:针对某化工厂遭受的具体雷害事故,介绍了该化工厂电气系统的现状;从气象条件、防雷系统、接地系统、绝缘配合和内过电压等方面分析了雷害事故发生的原因。提出了防雷害事故的整改措施:①加强防雷措施;②改善接地系统;③改善绝缘配合,更换为绝缘水平较高的6A或6B绝缘;④重新整定合理的零序保护动作值,将3kV电气系统各馈线零序电流动作整定值调整到5A;⑤加强电气设备的绝缘监督及运行维护。通过以上整改,确保了该化工厂电气系统的安全稳定运行。In view of certain lightning accident happened in a chemical plant, the situation of the chemical plant is introduced, the factors caused by lightning accident, such as influence of mete-orological conditions, lightning protection system, grounding system, insulation coordination and influence of switching over-voltage are discussed. In order to run this chemical plant safely, the five improvement factors against lightning accident such as enhancing lightning proof measures, improving earth system, improving insulation coordination by replacing to high insulation level of 6 A or 6 B, installing reasonable zero sequence protective tripping values and enhancing electrical equipment insulation supervises and maintenance should be proved with these measures the reliable running of factory's electric system.
