摘　　要：本文在分析创新药物研发产业链的基础上,分析了我国创新药物研发能力薄弱的原因,探讨了专业化分工对我国创新药物研发的意义,并在此基础上提出了立足我国创新药物现状、结合国际形势的,以专业化分工为主线的创新药物研发模式。In this paper, the innovative drug R＆D industry chain was analyzed. In this basis, analysis the Chinese innovative drug R＆D low productivity reasons. Discuss the specialized division of labor in innovative drug R＆D, furthermore, advanced a new innovative drug R＆D system that based in specialized division of labor and corresponding with international trends.
