摘 要:广东长湖水电站建于1973年,当时小水电上网电价为0.05元/(kW·h),机组经济利用小时数为1500h,由此设计电站装机2台,总装机容量8万kW。随着世界经济的发展,石油、煤炭价格不断攀升,小水电的上网电价也达到0.4元/(kW·h),为小水电站的增机扩容奠定了经济基础。通过对长湖水电部增机扩容的经济分析.并与广东省部分抽水蓄能电站和风力发电场相比较,证明:虽然增加机组年利用小时只有820h,但经济效益依然高于电站1973年时的经济效益,并且优于抽水蓄能电站和风力发电站。广东省中小水电站扩容总量年发电量可达10—12亿kW·h,在新能源价格形势下,对经济和环境保护都有显著的促进作用.The Changhu Hydropower Station in Guangdong Province was constructed in 1973,for the price of small hydropower station to electric network was 0.05Yuan/(kW ·h) and economic utilization hours was 1 500 h,thereof the installation capacity of Changhu hydropower station was 2 units with total capacity of eighty thousand kW.Along with world economic development,crude oil,coal prices rise continuously,the price of small hydropower station to electric network also reaches 0.4 Yuan /(kW·h),creating economic base for capacity-expansion of small hydropower station.Through economic analysis of capacity-expansion of Changhu hydropower station and compared with partial pumped storage stations and wind power generation field,it is proved that although annual operation hours of the station is only 820 h,the economic benefit is higher than that of the power station in 1973,and also higher than that of pumped storage station and wind power station.The capacity-expansion of middle and small hydropower stations can generate 1.0~1.2 billion kW·h,under new energy price situation,it will play a remarkable promotion for economic development and environmental protection.
