摘 要:用非完全消化法处理样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法成功地测定了马铃薯及甘薯中的钙、镁、铁、锌。在低温下用高氯酸-硝酸(1+3)消解样品,配制成透明的草绿色样品溶液。用La3+作钙、镁的释放剂以消除化学干扰,以氯化钠作钾的消电离剂以消除电离干扰。对消解溶剂的选择、各种干扰、试液与其空白溶液物理性质的一致性进行了考察。测定结果的RSD小于3.9%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±2.6%。方法简便准确。The samples were treated with noncomplete digestion method . Calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc in potatos were successfully determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were digested in the mixed acid of HCIO4 - HNO3 ( 1 + 3) under low temperature, and so made into transparent grass - green solution of sample. La^3 + was used as releasing agent of calcium and magnesium to eliminate chemical interference. NaCl was used as deionization agent of potassium to eliminate ionization interference. Choice of digestion dissolvant, interferences, identity of the physical properties for test solution and its blank solution were studied. RSD's were less than 3.9%. The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors between them were less than ±2.6%.
