摘　　要：目的探索开放式实验教学在法医毒理学实验中的应用效果。方法设甲胺磷中毒为开放式实验内容,家兔为实验动物,由学生自行设计实验内容、自己动手操作、分析讨论、提交综合性实验报告,最后由指导教师进行讲评。结果通过对甲胺磷中毒的实验设计、组织切片的制作,以及镜下观察,初步掌握了实验原理、方法、步骤等相关理论知识。结论该学习方式对学生的未来发展有重要帮助,是培养本科生动手能力、分析解决问题能力,提高综合素质的有效途径。Research on the effects of opening forensic toxicological experiment was made. The experimental content is poisoning rabbit by methamidophos, and each student must design the content and recording the results by himself, and teachers comment the whole process. By designing the experiment, making tissue slice and observing microscope, students learn a lot of knowledge including theory and methods. The method is important to the future of students and en- hances their ability of operation and resolving the problem.
