超声心动图诊断心腔内团块的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声心动图在心腔内团块的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析了30例心腔内团块的超声心动图诊断特点,其中10例进行了术后病理对照,20例进行了非手术临床复查随访。结果:心脏肿瘤8例,其中黏液瘤5例,转移瘤3例;血栓12例;感染性心内膜炎赘生物10例,结核1例。结论:超声心动图对心腔内团块显像清晰,实时动态,诊断信息丰富,可作为首选检查手段。Objective To explore the value of echocardiography in diagnosing intracardiac masses. Methods The echocardiography images of 30 patients with intracardiac masses were retrospectively analyzed ,operative and pathologic comparison were made in 10 cases among them,while another 20 cases were clinically followed up. Results Eight patients with cardiac tumors were confirmed,including 5 cases of cardiac myxoma and 3 cases of metastatic tumors. Twelve cases were proved thrombus and 10 cases were substantiated vegetations of infective endocarditis. One case was tuberculous intrapericardial conglomeration. Conclusion Echocardiography can be a first choice for clinical diagnosis of intracardiac masses in view of its clear images,real time observation and abundant diagnostic information.
