摘　　要：解放思想既是推动学校改革发展的有力思想武器和重要法宝,也是学校改革发展的最大收获和宝贵经验。解放思想,首要的就是全面把握科学发展观的要求,坚定不移地把发展作为第一要务,把改革作为发展动力,把管理作为发展保障,把开放作为发展途径,把师生作为发展之本,在促进高校改革又好又快发展、提升办学质量特色、完善办学机制体制、提高开放办学水平、推进和谐校园建设上取得新突破。Ideological liberation, the trump and ideological weapon in the promotion of university development, has provided precious experiences for the university＇s progress in reform and development. Ideological liberation requires, first of all, an overall comprehension of the scientific development view, taking development as the chief task, during which reform is the motivation, administration is the guarantee, opening- up is the approach, and the faculty and students are the basis. Further breakthroughs must be made in the promotion of sound and fast development, in the improvement of education quality and university - running mechanism, in the enhancement of opening - up standard, and in the construction of the harmonious campus.
