摘 要:目的建立芩连合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中金银花、连翘、黄芩进行定性鉴别,用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法对处方中的黄芩进行含量测定。色谱柱为DikmaC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1),检测波长为274nm,柱温25℃,流速1.0mL/min。结果金银花、连翘的薄层色谱分离良好,斑点明显,专属性好,无干扰;黄芩苷进样量在0.1186~0.9488μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.47%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为芩连合剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish the quality standard of Qinglian Mixture. Methods TLC was used to identify qualitatively Flos Lonicerae, Forsythia Suspense, Radix Scutellariae. Baicalin in the formula was detected by RP-HPLC. The chromatographic column was Dikma CI8 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5um). The mobile phase was methanol -water- acetic acid (50 : 50 : 1). The detection wavelength at 274 nm. The temperature was 25℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The thin layer chromatographic separation of Flos Lnoicerae, Forsythia suspense ,was better with obvious spots, good specificity and without interference. The linear range of baiealin was 0. 118 6-0. 948 8 ug( r= 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98.80%, and RSD was 0. 47%(n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and aceurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Qinglian Mixture.
