摘　　要：目的制备鼻炎合剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法将辛夷等中药提取、纯化后制备成鼻炎合剂,用薄层色谱法对辛夷、鱼腥草进行定性鉴别,用薄层扫描法测定鼻炎合剂的欧前胡素含量。结果供试品与对照品薄层图谱斑点相同且清晰;鼻炎合剂每1mL含欧前胡素(C16H14O5)不少于0.2mg。结论所用方法易于操作,制剂质量稳定可控。Objective To prepare Rhinitis Mixture and to establish a method for the quality control of the solution. Methods The traditional Chinese drugs such as Flos Magnoliae, Herba Houttuyniae were extracted and purified for preparing the mixture. Flos Magnoliae and Herba Houttuyniae were identified by TLC. The content of imperatorin was determined by TLC-scanning. Results The TLC spots of sample and control products were identical and clear. Imperatorin （C16H14O5） in 1 mL sample product was not less than 0.2 mg. Conclusion This preparation method is easy to operate. The quality is stable and controllable.
