摘　　要：目的探讨耳内镜用于经口腺样体刮除术的优势。方法在耳内镜电视显像下经口腺样体刮除术来治疗腺样体肥大引起的鼾症、鼻-鼻窦炎和听力障碍。结果术后无腺样体残余,鼻咽部标志清楚完整,患者症状消失或减轻。结论该手术在直视下进行,耳内镜体小,手术具有灵活准确、治疗彻底、并发症少的优点,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the advantages of transoral adenoidectomy under otoscope. Methods Snoring, nose- nasosinusitis and dysaudia caused by adenoid enlargement were treated with transoral adenoidectomy under vedio otoscope. Results After operation, there was no residual adenoid body. The mark of nasopharynx site was clearly visible and intact. The symptoms vanished or reduced. Conclusion This operation is performed under direct vision with the advantages of flexibility, accuracy, complete cure and fewer complications. Otoseope is small. The surgery is worthy to be promoted.
