摘　　要：警察职务犯罪心理因素是影响和支配警察进行职务犯罪的各种心理成分,是推动犯罪发生的一种内在因素,主要包括不良需要、犯罪动机、偏倾的价值观、消极的人生观、不恰当的认识倾向、有缺陷的自我调节、极端的情绪和消极的情感、不良性格。上述心理因素在犯罪发生过程中,所起的作用是不同的。有些心理因素对犯罪行为的产生起支配、决定作用,有些心理因素对犯罪的产生起影响、制约作用。The psychological factors of police official offence are kinds of pyschological elements which affect and control the police when they do the official offence. They are also the inner factors which promote the crime occurrence. The factors include bad demands, crime motives, deviated sense on value, improper tendency on sense, diabled self - adjustment, extreme emotion, passive feeling and bad personality. The above psychological factors play differerntly in the course of crime. Some of them play a dominant and decisive role in the crime occurrence. Some of them play an effecting and restricted role.
