摘 要:运用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法的测定技术,对MH-Ni电池用隔膜纸中铜、铁的含量进行测定。介绍了铜、铁的最佳测试条件以及呈良好线性范围的浓度。同时,在测定过程中对样品的消化处理条件与干扰因素等进行了综合考虑。结果表明:Cu、Fe的浓度在1.0~10g/mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性校正曲线的回归方程铜为A=0.0564ρ+0.0069,方法检出限为0.002g/mL,铁为A=0.0413ρ+0.0032,方法检出限为0.003g/mL。该方法用于测定隔膜纸样品中铜、铁的相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(测定次数n=6)。标准加入回收率均在97.0%~98.5%(测定次数n=6)范围内。适用于MH-Ni电池用隔膜纸中技术要求。The application of air-C2H2 flame atomic absorption spectrometer to test copper and iron contents in the separators for Ni-MH batteries was studied. The optimum measuring conditions for copper and iron contents and potency in which a fine liner range presents, were introduced in this paper. And a synthetic consideration was made for the treatment conditions and interference factors. The method had the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference and good in selectivity and reappearance. The relative standard deviations were all less than 1.0%(n=6)in six sample measures, and the standard adding recovery was in the range from 97.0% to 98.5%. The method could meet the demands of qualitycontrolling of separators for Ni-MH batteries.
