摘　　要：目的:探讨B超检查结果用于预测腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)中转开腹的意义。方法:回顾分析2005年1月至2007年1月施行LC 510例患者的术前B超检查结果与LC中转开腹的关系。结果:LC成功492例,中转开腹18例,中转率3.5%(18/510)。B超诊断结果与手术结果相符。结论:胆囊萎缩、囊壁增厚、胆囊颈部嵌顿结石会增加LC的中转开腹率,术前B超检查对预测LC中转开腹具有重要意义。Objective：To explore the value of preoperative sonography examination in predicting conversion of laparoscopic cholecystectomy to laparotomy. Methods ：In order to research the recationship between the ultrasound findings and conversion in LC ,the data of 510 cases with gallbladder diseases were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Four hundred and ninty-two cases were successfully performed in 510 cases, 18 cases to laparotomy. The conversion rate was 3.5 % （ 18/510 ）. The coincident rate of sonography diagnosis with LC was 100%. Conclusions：The conversion rate of LC wound be added by atrophy of gallbladder, capsule wall thickening and neck of gallbladder incarceration calculus. Sonography has an important significance for predicting conversion of laparoscopic cholecystectomy to open cholecystectomy.
