摘　　要：将层次分析法与灰色评估法相结合,建立了人在回路AHP灰色评估模型,论述了利用该模型进行评估的基本步骤,建立了其评价指标体系,并对飞行员综合能力进行了评估和研究;仿真结果证明了该模型的正确性和有效性,为飞行员发现自身不足提供理论依据。对于提高巡航导弹命中精度具有重要理论参考和应用价值。The model of grey evaluation based on AHP with man in the loop was established by combining the analytic hierarchy process with grey evaluation method, the basic evaluation procedure was described with this model, the index system was established, and the comprehensive ability of pilot was researched and evaluated, the results of simulation prove the correctness and validity of the model, and provide the rationale for improving pilot demerits. It has the important meaning for enhancing intercept precision of cruise missile.
