摘　　要：文中对属性值以模糊语言的形式给出的多属性决策问题进行了研究,针对地空导弹总体方案的选择问题,采用基于GIOWA算子的方法,建立了总体方案的选择模型。通过对某地空导弹总体方案选择问题的实例研究,结果表明,模型的可用性,检验了模型的实用性。The muitiple attributive decision problems were researched, in which the attributive values took the form of fuzzy language. On the basis of choosing the system of conceptual design of ground-to-air missile, GIOWA was used to solve the problem and the math model was built. By research on a mathematical model of the conceptual design of ground-to-air missile, the feasibility and utility of the model were verified.
