地灵丹治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方地灵丹对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠的治疗作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法采用5/6肾切除法制作大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型,分正常对照组、地灵丹治疗组、贝那普利治疗组、模型对照组、假手术组,分别测定用药后尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸及尿肌酐。结果用药42d后地灵丹组、贝那普利组血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸值明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05);尿肌酐值、肌酐清除率值明显高于模型对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。贝那普利组、地灵丹组24h尿蛋白增量小于模型对照组(P<0.05)。地灵丹组与贝那普利组各项检测指标值差异无统计学意义。结论地灵丹具有延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of dilingdan on chronic renal failure （CRF）rat model and the possible mechanism. Methods The 5/6 nephrectomized rats,animal model of CRF,were divided into 5 groups randomly： normal control,sham operation control, model control, dilingdan treated group and benazepril treated group. Urinary protein（Upr）, sCr, BUN and UA levels were assessed. Results Lower concentration of Upr, scr, BUN and more excretion of urinary creatinine were found in dilingdan 42 days treatment group and benazepril treated group than in the model rats. Conclusions Dilingdan can slow down the progression of CRF.
