摘　　要：从轻型木结构的定义、施工方法等方面对轻型木结构房屋进行了介绍,阐述了轻型木结构房屋墙体、楼盖体系以及屋盖的构造特征,指出该结构体系具有绿色、环保、建筑材料可再生等优点,推广木结构具有很好的市场前景和社会效益。From many aspects, including the definition of the light wood frame and construction methods, the paper introduces the light wood frame houses, indicates the structural characteristics of the structural walls, the floor system and roof coverings of the light wood frame, points out the structural system has the advantages, like no-pollution, the environmental protection and regeneration of architectural materials and concludes that the expansion of the wood frame has good market potential and social benefits.
