摘　　要：结合《工程造价基础理论与相关法规》的学习研究,讲述了如何运用现金流量与资金的时间价值理论,为资金流量较大的大型工程项目制订合理的付款方式,以合理确定大型项目的付款比例,缓解业主方在资金流动方面的压力。Combined with the learning research of the Basic Theory and the Related Regulations of the Engineering Cost, the author describes how to make the reasonable payment terms for the large engineering project of the large flow of funds by using the theory of the time value of the cash flow and the fund, to reasonably determine the payment proportion of the large engineering project and to relieve the pressure of the capital flow of the owners.
