室内装修作业对工人精液质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨室内装修作业对工人精液质量的影响。[方法]对82名室内装修工人(装修组)和270名非装修人员(对照组)进行精液质量检测及统计分析。[结果]装修组与对照组在精液量、精子密度、活率、活动能力方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组精子畸形率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。从事装修工作2～5年与6～10年两组的精液量、精子密度、精子活率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的精子活动能力和畸形率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]从事室内装修作业的工人精液的精子畸形率较高,长时间从事室内装修工作还可造成精子活动能力下降。[ Objective ] To study the effect of indoor decorating on the workers＇ semen quality. [ Methods ] Semen quality test for a group of 82 decoration workers（ group A ）and a group of 270 non-decoration workers（ group B ）were carried out and statistical analysis performed. [ Results ] Differences between the two groups in the sperm quantity, sperm density, live sperm rate and sperm vigour did not show much significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）, while the difference on the sperm malformation showed much significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Between the two group workers with 2-5 （ including 5 ） years of profession and those with 6-10 years, differences in the sperm quantity, sperm density and live sperm rate did not show much significance（ P 〉 0.05 ）, while that in the sperm vignur and sperm malformation showed much significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）.[ Conclusion ] The rate of sperm malformation is higher in indoor decorating workers＇ semen, moreover, sperm vigour descends in those who worked for years.
